McLean (3) Coming in fresh but is much improved on last campaign. Hard to beat here
Baileys Art (13) Good second last start. Any improvement would see her close to top three
Mydadtheterror (11) Finished on ok last start. Needs the right trip but has claims

Race 2

Treacherous Gall (8) Raced well against strong opposition last start. Tricky draw but top selection
Sweet Diamond (6) In great form and looks one of the main players in this field. Needed here
Betta Watch Out (7) Not disgraced in a strong field last start. Will be running on here. Include

Race 3

Insist The Win (5) Strikes a weaker field here and has not had much luck recently. Needed
Johns Boy (6) Good stepper who should race handy. Can go one better with the right trip
Kyle Loch (9) Out of form but has ability. One for longer odds in this field with manners

Race 4

Folklore (8) Will be better for the last start run. Capable of beating this field on her day
Macandrew Navigator (4) Good draw and never far from the placings. Winning claims
Magnetic Terror (7) Tricky draw but racing well. Looks a good chance to run top three

Race 5

A Bettor You (8) Wide draw but unlucky last start. Will be put in the race and can win
Obsession (9) Should get a good run through from the draw. Winning claims in this
Joes Rock (7) Tricky draw but has gate speed. Hardly ever out of the money. Needed

Race 6

Five Wise Men (6) Underrated trotter who looks very hard to beat in this field. Hot fav
Peregrine (5) Good beginner who looks a great chance of running top three in this
Tweedledee (4) Small field will help and distance suits. Good place chance here

Race 7

Self Assured (8) His record over the distance suggests he will be the hardest to beat here.
B D Joe (6) Has beaten most of these over shorter trips. Big chance if he can find the front
Spankem (9) Solid old campaigner who is always a chance in races like this. Include

Race 8

Da Vinci (7) Big effort to win last start and in top form. Even field but has winning claims
Ohoka Le Bron (5) Getting better with racing and tidy win last start in quick time. Needed
Captain Tom (3) Has a big reputation and ran time last start. Major player in this field

Race 9

Charlie P (8) Freshened since disappointing last start. Better than that so needed here
Wy Fi (4) Gets a good draw to work with and tidy run last start. Will not be far away
Minnie McGoogan (6) Ok last start in strong field. Could surprise here with luck

Race 10

Foveaux Strait (10) Plenty of ability and can go close here with a good run in transit
Arnies Army (6) Has been unlucky recently and looks over the odds. Winning claims
Westar Lad (1) Drawn well and in top form with top driver booked. Needed here
