Harness racing hits Invercargill again today with eleven races on the card. The racing starts at 3:36pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good day of racing.

Best Bet:  R4  Bring On The Muscle

Best Value:  R1   Majestic Whisper

Race 1

Majestic Whisper (5) Disappointing lately but better than that. Can surprise with manners
Hot Saucy Betty (8) Impressive beating a similar field last start. Back to back wins is on
Nubliah Chamay (15) Improver from last start seventh and has good place claims here

Race 2

Magic Sign (12) At his best would be a good chance in this. Look for improvement here
Bowlem Over (2) Good ability and better draw here. Winning claims from there
Scruffy (1) No go on grass last start but better placed here. Should give a good account

Race 3

Tayla Me (7) Drawn wide but has been racing better fields. Respect from the stable
Moonlite Dream (4) Looks capable of filling a place from the draw. Track should suit
Fernleigh Blackbird (10) Strikes a second row draw but has good speed. Go again here

Race 4

Bring On The Muscle (7) Huge effort last start and big hope in this with manners.
What The Bell (5) Races have been consistently good and should be there abouts again
Aroha Kenny (14) racing against better fields. Can run top three with a good trip 

Race 5

Treacherous Baby (4) Has been racing well in better fields and draw suits. Top selection
Ruby Roe (7) Unbeaten but tougher here. Can make it three straight with luck in running
Flying Ellie (8) Wide draw but has the form and capable of filling a place again here

Race 6

Oscar Bonavena (10) Looks better than these for speed. Hard to beat even from 30m
Majestic Man (9) Gets 10m start on the fav. Can run top three with a good run in transit.
Smokin Bandar (7) Galloped last start but prior form good. Chance with better manners 

Race 7

Treacherous Gall (8) Racing well and small field helps. Should go close on speed alone
Amore Infida(1) Likely to race handy and drop in class for this. Has winning claims
Ooga Chaka (6) Good win last start but up in grade. Looks like going on with it now

Race 8

Beach Ball (8) Racing in top form and looks very hard to beat here if he can lead
Self Assured  (9) Back in form the last couple and will be running on. Winning claims
Mossdale Ben (7) Quick beginner freshened for this. Good top three chance here

 Race 9

Pinseeker (10) Untested in first two wins. Harder here but looks well up to the job.
Watermelon Sugar (9) Racing well in stronger fields. Could run top three with gaps
Deceptive Lee (13) Draw not great but he went well last start. Go again in this

Race 10

Ultimate Weapon (1) Better draw and good enough to go close here. Can run top two
Dawson  (10) Goes best in front and short distance suits. Hard to beat again here
Alibi  (13) Has been racing well at trials and top driver booked. Has to be rated highly

Race 11

Rise Up N Dance (10) Good enough to make his own luck. Freshened and top selection
Rakamurph  (11) Out of form but better than that. One for longer odds with the right trip
Castelo De Vide (8) Has been racing well and driver change here. Wide draw but needed
