Harness racing hits Manawatu again today with 6 races on the card . The racing starts at 4:14pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Best Value:  R2  Leo Lincoln

Race 1

Koko Kaboom (3) Top run on the first day and same field for this. Should run top three with manners
Whats Up The Hill (2) Small field will help and should begin quickly. Can lead them for a long way
KD Royalty (9) Getting better with racing and flashed home late last start. Hard to beat again here

Race 2

Leo Lincoln (1) Ran on last start and will get a soft trip in this. Good winning chance in this field
Captain Kobe (5) Big run to win after galloping last start. Harder here but can go back to back with luck
Fredastaire (6) Gate speed to lead and won easily on the first day. Wide draw the only concern here

Race 3

Ha’penny (7) Drops in grade here and was good in a stronger field last start. Good run expected
Follow Me Fantasy (8) Ok last start and a good winning chance with a good run in transit. Include
The Night Fox (3) Good effort last start and improving. Can sneak into the top three with luck

Race 4

Run Mason Run (1) Solid third last start and a winning chance again from the better draw. Include
Onyx Shard (6) Has gate speed and goes well the track. Should give a good account, Place hope
I Can Too (8) Follows the possible leader in the race. Up in grade but can go back to back with gaps

Race 5

Robyns Art (2) Fought on last start in a similar field. Might try for an all the way win. Top selection
The Elite Athlete (1) Running on last start and well placed here from the draw. Each way chance
Call Security (5) Will be fitter after last start third. Needs a good run in transit but not the worst here

Race 6

Hearts N Aces (3) Good against this field last start after a check on the turn. Hard to beat in this
La Miki (7) Tidy second last start and should give a sight here. Winning claims with a similar effort.
Moenui Miss (2) Due to show form and drawn well here. Needs luck but can run in the top three
