Harness racing hits Rangiora again today with eleven races on the card. The racing starts at 1:10pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good day of racing.

Race 1

Olive Cook  (9) Out of form but strike rate driver booked and down in grade. Can get some money back on grit
Arizonawildcat (7) Good win last start and draw the only concern. Could go back to back with luck here
Maid Of Money   (10) Drawn for a cozy run on the fence. Needs gaps but not the worst in this field

Race 2

Sunnys Sister (8) Looked unlucky fresh up and John Dunn chooses this one. Hard to beat with manners
Kiss And Run (7) Flashed home late last start and weaker field here. One of the better chances in this
Sigrid (11) Can not ignore the formline and should get a run through from the draw. Needed here

Race 3

Chrislynn (3) This race suits and drawn to go forward early. Should go close to the top three here
Princess Leia (6) Better than the form reads and strikes an easier field. Winning claims here
Mamma Mia (2) Conditions suit and she could be over the odds. Best draw for some time

Race 4

Beach Party (5) Had excuses last start and better suited in this field. Major player in this race
Rural Cash (4) Will go forward early and could surprise in this. One for longer odds
Major Dolmio (1) Decent draw to use here after a tough run last start. Include in this field

Race 5

Carmelite (2) Has gate speed and could be the early leader. Good winning claims with a handy sit
Micaitlen Denario (5) She has been racing well and will roll forward off the gate. Should run top three again.
Jubilee Rock (7) Stable has been going great guns and ok at latest trial. Watch tote moves for clues

Race 6

Tom Brady (8) Underrated trotter who will be hard to beat if he can find the front early. Needed
Instant Delight (5) Manners a major concern but has speed. Can spice up the exotics with no errors
Summer Lovin (9) Has been good at trials and much stronger this time in. Win chance with manners

Race 7

Off The Edge (9) Tricky draw but up to beating this lot on his day. Could surprise at longer odds
Kowhai Shadow (8) Has run some good races against stronger fields recently. Winning claims
Prospect Park (6) Has a bit of gate speed and dangerous with a lead or trail. Top three chance here

Race 8

Foveaux Gambler (6) Stand suits and he has been racing well against strong fields. Good chance
Kennedy (1) Will be the early leader here and can run a race at bolters odds if left alone in front.
The Conqueror (5) Racing ok and good beginner from a stand. Can run a cheeky race against this field

Race 9

Luminite (6) Has gate speed and likely to push forward early. Can stick on for a place with luck
Move It On Over (5) Has been disappointing but well suited here. Strong chance in this field
Times Are A Changin (14) Terrible draw but will be running on late. Could sneak a place at longer odds

Race 10

Aiguille (9) Plenty of ability and starting to put it all together. Can go close here with no mistakes
Silverlinings (7) Will go forward early here and mobile suits. One of the better chances in this
Blithe (2) Manners not the best but mobile will help. Can run a decent race from the inside draw

Race 11

Mandalay Bay (5) Plenty of ability and nice win last start. Freshened and can go close here
Krystal Delight (2) Early speed will help her chances in this. Should be there about at the finish
Motor Mouth (11) Good win last start and a major chance if the speed is on in the race. Can win
