Harness racing hits Reefton again today with 12 races on the card . The racing starts at 11:52am and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good day of racing.

Race 1

Signal Hill (6) Went close from the front last start. Should run top three here with manners
Waterloo Station (2) Small field will help and should begin quickly. Stable respect. Needed
Call Dudley (10) Getting better with racing and not far from winning last start. Win chance

Race 2

Franco Elvis (3) Better run last start. One of the better chances in this field and needed here
Ambleside Drive (2) Has been racing well and overdue a win. Will be fitter and in the mix
Racingmissgracie (1) Improver from her last start and likely leader. Top three chance here

Race 3

The Mantis (2) Better than the form suggests and has the ability to win this. Better run expected
She’s A Major Act (1) Ok last start and a threat to these with a soft trailing run in transit
Moonlite (9) Should get a soft pegs run in this. Can sneak into the top three with luck

Race 4

Interrorgator (5) Solid seconds both days at Westport. Can go one better here and hard to beat
Stunna (2) Has early speed and solid run for second last start. Should give a good account here
Yogi’s Colada (4) Improver with a place chance at longer odds after his close up runs at Westport

Race 5

Strike It Lucky (3) Looked likely before breaking last start in a similar field. Top selection in this
Opawa Peak (5) Had excuses last start and well placed here from the draw. Good each way chance
Kerrally (4) Will be fitter after last start. Good beginner who should race handy to the speed. Include

Race 6

Style Council (8) Has not had all the luck on the circuit so far. Hard to beat with a better trip
Michael Eyre (9) Flashed through late last start. Winning claims with his early manners. Include
He’s A Bay  (2) Due to show form and drawn well here. One for longer odds if he can stay pacing

Race 7

The Beach House (7) Draw hurts but massive run the first day at Westport. Top driver booked
The Next Best Thing (1) Should get a run through early. Racing well and will stick on here
Evangalist (2) Drops in grade for this and raced ok at Westport. Winning claims from the draw

Race 8

Knowing Me (5) Big late finish after breaking last start. Will need manners but can go close
Diedre Franco (19 Good finish to win at big odds day two and should go close to placing again
Ginas Majesty (4) Out of form but improving and could surprise here. Top three chance at big odds

Race 9

Dance With The Boss (2) Has raced better fields. Drawn ok and will be improved. Winning claims
Motor Mouth (3) Quick beginner who could be hard to run down if he leads up. Has to be respected
Hit The Lights (1) Good win last start and should get a soft run on the pegs. Can go back to back

Race 10

Piccadilly Pete (8) Has dominated on the circuit so far. Going for a three peat but back in handicap
Homebush Lad (9) Better than most in this field and races well here. Any rain would help. Needed
Deceptive Lee (1) New to the circuit but unbeaten on the track . Could surprise at longer odds in this

Race 11

Premium Player (4) Track suits and in superb form. Will be hard to run down in this. Top selection
One El (3) Good form on grass and drawn for a cozy run near the leaders. Good chance again here
El Conqueror (2) Likely to race close to the speed here. One of the better each way chances 

Race 12

Changeforthebeta (2) Good run the first day at Westport.  Nice draw here and better run expected
Ford Rule (3) Has gate speed and not far away both days at Westport. Chance at longer odds in this
Zia Bromac (4) Will race near the speed here. Big chance if she can find the front. Worth including
