Harness racing hits Riverton again today with ten races on the card. The racing starts at 11:53am and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good day of racing.

Race 1

It’s A Pleasure (4) Getting better with racing and will be improved here. Top selection in this
Sweet DJ (6) Racing ok and stable always hard to beat. Due to show some winning form
She’s A Jewel (2) Good at trials and should get a soft run from the draw. Win chance 

Race 2

Summit Ultra (6) Racing well and weaker field here. Has more upside than most in this
Gems Delight (10) Conditions suit and good finish last start. Is on the improve here
Scott (8) Has been disappointing but does through in the odd good run. One for odds

Race 3

Dasher (4) Should lead here. Not sure the track suits but the distance does. Can win.
Black Pat (5) Freshened and has the speed. Only needs a safe beginning to be a threat here
MC Squared (1) Should get a soft pegs run from the draw. Could run top three at odds

Race 4

Lorton Vale (1) Draw advantage from his main rivals. Can gt into the first three agaib
Franco Huntington (7) Wide draw hurts but he will go forward at some stage. Place hope
Sherwood Maggie (3) Gate speed and drawn to head forward  early. Can place with luck

Race 5

Asta (6) Has the motor and improving all the time. Top driver will send forward early. Needed
Major Medley (9) Trial form excellent and second row pegs draw might work. Chance with gaps
Foxing Easton (2) Tidy draw and a soft run is likely. Honest and could sneak into the placings

Race 6

Julie Jaccka (7) Good second last start. Small field an advantage and top selection in this field
Dont Ask (5) Has good form in better fields. Dangerous with a soft run in transit. Include
Blithe (6) Not quite at her best the last couple but good enough to place with the right trip

Race 7

Xerion (11) Hasn’t had all the luck but has speed and a good chance if he gets handy midrace
Moment Of What (12) Solid placing last start.. Has a big finish if saved for one run. Needed
Del’s Creation (6) Upset them last start and top driver booked. Strong field but can win again

Race 8

Bridget Louise (2) Big win last start. Will race handy here and can could improve further. Needed
Mr President (1) Draw suits and should get a soft trip. Winning claims with gaps in the straight
Flying Bird (9) Fence draw and relying on luck in this. Speed to win with any gaps in the run home

Race 9

Bobbies Rock (2) Hasn’t had all the luck but much better draw. Might lead early and can win
Rightazz (5) Solid placing two starts ago.. Has a good finish if saved for one run. Include here
Sporty Charlie (4) First showing of form for a while. Has winning claims with improvement

Race 10

Trail Boss (2) Big reputation and draw to race handy. Will be hard to beat in this. Top selection
On The Wing (7) Good win fresh but disappointing last start. Could upset with the right trip
Ward Lamon (8) Tricky draw but will be running on late here. Top three chance in this. Include
