Harness racing hits Winton again today with ten races on the card . The racing starts at 4:07pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good afternoon of racing.

Race 1

Dreamalittledream (7) Gate speed to lead and goes well the distance. Should run top three
Artmore (4) Small field will help and should begin quickly. Top three chance if she leads
Jenny Gump (6) Getting better with racing and has some gate speed. Place chance again

Race 2

The Merc (2) Freshened after racing the top age group. Only needs manners to go close
Storm Cloud (3) Should have won a race by now and looks stronger this time. Needed in this
Sheep (10) Improver from his last start and top three chance here with a good run in transit

Race 3

Major Burns (5) Trial winner who deserves stable respect fresh. Top selection in this
Harold Hanover (7) Ok last start and place chance with a good run in transit. One for odds
Dragoness (1) Should get a soft trip from the draw. Can sneak into the top three with luck

Race 4

Melody Banner (4) Has raced much better fields and at her best would go close. Needed
Remission (5) Has gate speed and goes ok the track. Should give a good account again
Molly Belwin (7) Out of form but improver with a place chance at longer odds in this

Race 5

Torquay Street (8) Fought on last start in a stronger field. Top selection back in this class
Emily (6) Had a tough run last start but fought well. Good each way chance in this field
Hot Saucy Betty (2) Will be fitter after last start fourth. Place hope with manners. Include

Race 6

Dragon Power (7) Good maiden win and has been freshened. Hard to beat against this lot
Pacific Arc (13) Stabe respect but tricky draw. Winning claims with a cart into the race
Sporty Charlie (9) Due to show form and pegs draw will help. Chance with any gaps

Race 7

Styrax (4) Has raced better fields and only needs manners to go close. Can along in front
Sheza Gift (6) Should get a run through early. Might need luck but drop in class for this
Flying Without Wings (8) Tricky handicap but small field helps. Will be running on late

Race 8

Spicey Crunch (8) Wide draw hurts but could surprise if she goes forward. Top selection
Always Be Bootie (5) First starter with trial form. Driver choice gives him a good push
Wild East (10) In good form and should get a run through early. Top three chance again

Race 9

Beach Day (8) Wide draw hurts but highest rated horse in the field and will be running on.
Always Ticking (6) Decent motor and wide draw only concern. One of the better chances
Franco Sailor (3) Disappointing last start. Will continue to improve and place hope here

Race 10

Always B Elvis (5) Solid debut win. Rise in grade should not worry and winning claims
Nek Delight (1) Nice draw and better than most in this field. Has to be respected in this
Durrant (7) Good finish last start and consistent form. Should go close to top three here
