Harness racing hits Winton again today with nine races on the card. The racing starts at 1:02pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good day of racing.

Best Bet:  R1  No Perfect Princess

Race 1

No Perfect Princess (2) Beat most of these easily last start. Top driver booked. Top selection
Northview Sweet (5) Stable respect here and ok last start. Expect some improvement for this
Bobbie’s Majorette (3) Running on last start. Could surprise with a good run in transit

Race 2

Brother Johnson (1) Third on debut was encouraging. Weaker field and winning claims
Madison’s Moon (6) Has the speed to be one of the better chances in this. Freshened for this
Kenny’s Mate  (8) Stable can get the trotters running. Top three chance here on debut

Race 3

Dawn To Dark (3) Canterbury raider who has been ok at trials. Winning claims here
Miki Cohen (1) Better run last start and big upswing in draws. Has to be included
Mystery Beach (8) Wide draw but top driver booked. Can place with a cart into the race

Race 4

Tilly Dunnage (1) Easy winner last start and only needs a repeat to go close in this. Needed
Tact Teena (4) Has gate speed and has raced well in better fields. Should run top three
Feta Go Fernco (6) Tricky draw but has a big finish. Small field will help and has claims

Race 5

No Added Sugar (11) Stable does well on the track and the the motor is there. Improver
Robyns Hustler (12) Has raced well against similar fields. Tricky draw but could surprise
Montage (7) Driver respect and a slight freshen up. Looks over the odds at $46.00

Race 6

Monarch Prince (3) Last start was much better and only needs manners here. Top selection
Superfast Ronnie (9) Track stats good. Even field but winning claims with a good trip
Emily (1) Will be better for the fresh up run. Trained locally and top driver booked. Needed

Race 7

Still Rockin (2) Conditions suit and a good chance if he gets his own way in front. Can win
Bobbies Rock (6) Always thereabouts and has gate speed. Solid top three chance in this
Rightazz (9) Should get a soft run on the pegs. Place chances with any gaps in the straight

Race 8

Andy Hall (9) Top driver booked and small field helps. Good last start and can go one better
Majestic Love (8) Decent motor and will be improved. Has to be a top three player here
Joeking (7) Keeps running good races but up in grade here. Still green but has claims

Race 9

Step It Up A Notch (6) Likes the bigger tracks. Strong field but a chance at longer odds
Advance Party (9) Big motor and drawn to get a soft run. Needs gaps but will be running on
South Seas Rock (8) Freshened and likely leader in this. Will be in it for a long way. Include
