Harness racing hits Winton again today with 10 races on the card. The racing starts at 12:05pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good day of racing.

Race 1

Van Liberty (1) Drawn to suit and top driver booked. Top selection and hard to beat in this
Better Be Watching (3) Getting better with racing and tidy second last start. Can run a place
Glenkenick (8) Getting better with racing and wide draw only concern. One for longer odds

Race 2

Always B Royal (9) Drawn for a soft pegs run and should give a good account here if the #1 leads
Ava Dale (8) Has consistent form and will be fitter. Good winning claims with top driver booked
Sweet DJ (1) Normally begins ok and might be one of the leaders. Win chance from the draw

Race 3

Ah Dinnae Ken (9) Nice win last start and big finish with the right trip. Has to be included
Kracka Looka (7) Ok last start and a threat to these with a good run in transit. Winning claims
Bill Bootit (2) Good effort last start and should race handy to the speed. Place at longer odds

Race 4

Here’s Johny (5) Has been racing better fields and a big chance with any luck in the running. Needed.
Rakavenom (7) Drops in class slightly for this. Will be running home late with top driver on board
Always Be Batman (8) Improver with top three claims if he gets into it from the wide draw. Include

Race 5

Beluga (8) Wide draw but trainer has a good record with debut runners. Top selection in this
Share A Dream (9) Freshened and well placed here. Tricky draw but each way chances here
Major Burns (5) In form and respect the stable. Can provide some good value with luck

Race 6

Samanthas Moon (5) At her best would go close in this and only needs manners to be a chance
Domination’s Call (6) Stable respect here and better than the form suggests. Has to be included
Jimmy Carter (7) Due a win and only needs manners to be a winning chance. Worth the risk

Race 7

Magic Sign (5) Goes best in front and could head there with top driver booked. Needed
Durrant (9) Should get a run through early. Ran on well last start and has claims
Claasee (1) Goes well on the track and conditions suit. Upset claims at nice odds here

Race 8

The Big Lebowski (6) Has been racing the best grades. Needs to step but very good when right
Tabasco (3) Always running on and drawn to suit. Upset chance if he gets a good run in transit
Piccadilly Pete (4) Has been racing well on grass and strong field here. Top three chance with luck

Race 9

Hail Mary (8) Impressive last start and rise in grade should not stop her. Good winning chance in this
Our Superfund (11) Decent motor and running on last start. Hard to beat with manners. Include
Florence The Machine (14) Has had a few runs to get fit and is speedy. Needs to step but can upset

Race 10

Brookies Player (7) Has raced well in better fields. Ideally suited here and can go close to winning
Stillyourshot (6) Hard to catch but good enough to run top three in this field. Good odds available
Ward Lamon (1) Will race handy to the speed here. Can sprint well off over and has place claims
