Hoffman heads south to Winton

Waikouaiti Beach trainer Amber Hoffman will head south for the Winton harness racing meeting on Saturday with some fresh faces that haven’t raced for a while.

Petite Trixton (Trixton) returns to the racetrack in Race Three after last racing at Addington in July. Last time in she was in a learning phase.

Major Medley (Art Major) looked to be a winning chance last weekend before he ran off the track. He gets a chance to redeem in Race Four.

Hoffman has two trotters in Race Six – Mad Jack (Love You) and Moment Of What (What The Hill).

Mad Jack has won four of his seventeen starts and last raced in July. He’s had one trial prior to resuming on Saturday.

Moment Of What impressively won the Gold Chip Final on this track last week. He’ll start off the ten metres unruly mark.

The stable rounds out it’s day in Race Nine with Ezra The Scribe (Franco Ledger) and Trail Boss (Vincent).

Ezra The Scribe gets a nice draw at three. He over raced at his last start, fading to seventh.

Trail Boss draws two on the second row. He was held up at a crucial stage last week, finishing fifth.
