Tisbury trainer Kirstin Green has some strong chances for the Winton Harness Racing meeting at Central Southland Raceway on Saturday.
In Race One sheāll line up Hit The Lights (American Ideal) who led at her last start, set up a solid pace and was run down late by The Wulver. She draws a bad marble at eight.
Burning Love (Love You) whoās a half-sister to Fiery Bandito and Smokin Bandar resumes In Race Three. She last started in December and is new to Greenās stable after previously being trained by Jeremy Douglas. Sheās had no trials or workouts prior to Saturdayās assignment.
Kirstin has two runners in Race Four – Summit Ultra (Stunin Cullen) and first starter Ajustabull (Raging Bull). Summit Ultra has over-raced at times in his eleven starts. His nice draw at four should give his driver some options.
Ajustabull has had one workout and one trial in readiness for Saturdayās debut.
In Race Six Green starts Cutie (Bettorās Delight). The three year old filly is a new recruit to the barn after having three starts for Darren Keast.
Green lines up Bobbies Rock (A Rocknroll Dance) in Race Ten. He has the gate speed to get handy from barrier six but faces one of the more even fields of the day.
