Quality Cambridge two year old pacer Le Major (Art Major) faces his biggest test when at Addington on Friday night he runs in the Listed $200,000 NZB Standardbred Harness Million over 1980 metres for harness racing trainer Arna Donnelly.
The gelding has won his last three starts in the north and ventures south for the first time to race against the best of his age group.
Donnelly also has Jolimont (Sweet Lou) in the Group One Airpark Canterbury Flying Stakes.
Kango (American Ideal) after a luckless Australian campaign will look to get his IRT New Zealand Cup campaign back on track in the R70 and faster handicap pace over 2600 metres.
Meanwhile Donnellyās good three year old trotting filly Virginia Clowers (Creatine) has had four starts in Australia, recording two wins and a second and nineth.
