Quality harness racing trotting mare Peregrine (Pegasus Spur) has been turned out for a break.

She was nominated for the Heather Williams Memorial at Addington on Friday night but has been withdrawn by Ryal Bush trainer Brett Gray.
“We got a lung wash done because she had a wee bleed. She’s had a pretty tough old time, so we’ll give her a freshen up,” he said.
Since September Peregrine has had seventeen races for three wins, seven seconds and three thirds for owners John and Penny Baynes.
Her biggest win in that period was at Addington on Show Day when she beat Love N The Port (Love You) by one and a quarter lengths. She also ran second in the inaugural Group Three David Moss Stakes and second in the Group Three Southern Lights.
From thirty one starts Peregrine has won seven times and been placed seventeen times, earning stakes of $95,702.
