South Florida training center fire

CBS 12 in South Florida is reporting that there is a barn fire currently at the South Florida Training Center in Lake Worth, FL. Harness racing horses are at this training centre.

 

CBS 12 first broke the news just after 12:30 AM via their twitter page and soon after reported that a second alarm had been called to the training center.

 

Early reports from social media indicate that the horses inside of the barn are those of trainer Roman Lopez.

 

At the time of this writing, it is not known if any equine lives were lost due to the fire.
