Ryal Bush trainer Brett Gray is in for a couple of big days.
Tomorrow he takes six runners to the Wyndham meeting. And on Friday night his star two year old filly Miki’s Deal (Always B Miki) will race in the Caduceus Club Two Year Old Fillies Series prelude at Addington.

“Her work’s been really good. She’s as good as I can get her without having a race. I thought her trial was nice because she’s quite casual in front,” Gray said of Miki’s Deal chances.
At Wyndham, Party Up Denario (Lather Up) and Ada RJ (Sky Major) front up in Race One.
Party Up Denario has been particularly good this preparation. The three year old filly has drawn the inside of the front row.
“I’m quite happy with her. She had quite a hard run at Gore and had to do a couple of race moves but still stuck on pretty well.”
Ada AJ was seen running home at her last start.
“I was really happy with the way she came home the other day. She may need the run a bit more than the other filly but I’m happy with both of them.”
In Race Two Ramblin Rover (Net Ten EOM) will be looking for a change of luck. At his last start at Gore he was hampered by a breaking runner and was also held up over the final 300 metres.

“He certainly does (need a change of luck) but that may not happen tomorrow with his draw (outside of the front row). He’s got a good wee sprint on him if he’s saved up for a run. Hopefully they go hard.”
After two previous good seconds, Foxing Easton (Washington VC) was out of sorts at his last start, running second last. He gets a good draw in a small field in Race Five.

“He got back a bit, pushed out and that didn’t suit him. I think he got away on me a bit (in condition) and got a wee bit big. We’ve had a big change since then. We’ve tightened him up and we’re really happy with his work.”
Quality trotting mare Julie Jaccka (Father Patrick) returns from a break in Race Six. She’s won three of her ten starts this season and the small field of just five over a mile should aid her winning chances.

“She likes those shorter distances, but she’ll probably be in need of a run.”
In Race Seven Gray starts Stillyourshot (Gold Ace).

“I was a bit disappointed with him at his last start. It’s a tricky draw but he’ll just have to get the right run into it.”
Gray rates Party Up Denario as his best bet tomorrow.
