In this edition we talk to Steve Telfer about some of the Stonewall Stud purchases.
- Unnamed (Captaintreacherous ā Kensington Kate colt bought by Stonewall Stud for $145,000.
āHe broke in well. Heās in the South Island barn. Heās got good manners and a good attitude towards his work. Itās a long way before the two year old races but weāre happy with what heās done so far.ā

Utah Blaze (Bettorās Delight ā Rockabilly Blues colt purchased by Stonewall for $100,000.
āHeās up here with me. Heās a really strong colt whoās a nice mover on the track. Heās got a bit of attitude. Heās just gone out for a month. He looks like heās a forward sort of type.ā

Unnamed (Tactical Landing ā Love Ya Doosie) filly which Stonewall Stud paid $180,000. for.
āSheās had a couple of preparations. Sheās a lovely big striding filly, sheās shown a real willingness to get along and do her work. Josh Dickie has been working her and heās really happy with her.ā

āHeās a lovely colt. Heās well put together, lovely mover out of a very strong family. Iād be surprised if he couldnāt do something on the track.ā

Con Grazia Aquila (Bold Eagle ā Con Grazia) colt purchased for $50,000.
āHeās just come back for his third prep. Heāll probably do a little bit of work this time in. I couldnāt be happier with him. Heās got a great attitude to training, a willingness to work and just basically do everything right. Itās been terrific.ā
