According to the United States Trotting Association Fines and Suspensions, Mark Toth of Farmington, NJ, a NJRC harness racing licensee, has been suspended for 180 days and fined $5,000 for throwing an object at the horses as they were coming to the finish in a race at The Meadowlands on April 1, 2022. It was not known as of press time if Mr. Toth was appealing the ruling.
