Harness racing driver Greg Peck back on November 10, 2022, was fined $5,000 and suspended from driving tor two years due to an infraction at Harrah’s Philadelphia where he drove STICK WITH ME from a 2-wide position to a position on the inside without proper clearance, causing interference to and forcing #6, DOYLE HANOVER, off the track.
Mr. Peck appealed the decision, which was denied. The underlying appeal was previously granted by Commission Ruling 22050C and a hearing before the full Commission will be scheduled.
There are also numerous other positive tests results from trainers around the country and in addition a number of positive infractions and two horses suspended from racing in Canada.
