WASHINGTON, PA, Sept. 29, 2021 — All Day Sunshine retook the lead at the quarter and made short work of the harness racing field from there, scoring an easy victory in Wednesday’s feature at The Meadows, a $12,000 Filly & Mare Conditioned Pace.
After zipping to the front from post 6, All Day Sunshine briefly released Amelia’s Courage A. Once the 4-year-old daughter of Sunshine Beach-Mustang Kensely reclaimed the lead, she shrugged off the first-over challenge of Anurka and triumphed in 1:52.4 for Brady Brown. Spanish Dream rallied for second, beaten 3/4 lengths, while Anurka saved show.
Paul Corey trains All Day Sunshine, who won for the eighth time this year and lifted her career bankroll to $218,026, for Kenneth Ashba.
