Andy Cohen and Marty Irby join Freddie, Trade and Bob on this week’s Harness Racing Alumni Show.

Andy gives his opinion on the upcoming legal challenges for HISA and he makes it clear that the 5th District Courts ruling only applies to the 3 states (Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi) that are under their jurisdiction.

Marty shares his belief that if HISA fails it could be the end of horse racing and points out that there is a ballot gaining a lot of support in California to ban horse racing in that state.
