Andy Cohen talks HISA on Harness Racing Alumni Show

Andy Cohen, an owner & breeder of Standardbreds and the former legal annalist for CBS’s 60 Minutes, is this week’s guest on the Harness Racing Alumni Show.

Cohen shares his opinions with Freddie, Trade and Bob on the U.S. 6th and 5th Circuit Courts most recent rulings regarding HISA. He discusses the unlikely chances of the USTA’s Racehorse and Safety Act replacing HISA. Andy also noted that there’s a slim chance that states will pick up where the FBI left off in ridding the sport of cheats. All on this week’s broadcast.
