WASHINGTON, PA, March 15, 2023 — Beth Dutton (Racing Hill-Ali Rush) angled off the cones through the final turn and brushed home to capture Wednesday’s $11,000 second leg of the Donna Dunn Memorial at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows. The championship leg of the series for 3-and 4-year old pacing fillies and mares is set for Wednesday, March 22.
Beth Dutton got away third and saved ground until Dave Palone showed her racetrack just before the field turned for home. The 4-year-old mare powered past early leader True Seelster and first-over challenger Kiss Of A Rockstar to triumph in a career-best 1:54.3. True Seelster was x lengths back in second while Kiss Of A Rockstar saved show.
