Beyond Words N prevails in Rosecroft battle

Beyond Words N (Art Major) powered first over in the final quarter and wore down the pace setting Somegirlsomewherea in 1:53.4, to win the $15,000 Mares Open Tuesday night at Rosecroft.

It was the first win of the year for the mare, who had finished second three straight times in this class. Jonathan Roberts, who won twice on the card, drove the winner for trainer Micahel Hall and Robert Cacamese.

Jonathan Ahle drove three winners, Eric Davis and Jared Moyer won twice, and 80-year old Robert Sampson and Stacey McLenaghan found the winners circle with Foxbriar Romeo and Baltimore Jack N in the Mid Atlantic Amateur Driving series.
