Diamond Creek and the owners of Gimpanzee, Courant, Inc and SRF Stable, have announced a full book of mares for the 2022 breeding season.
Gimpanzee stands his second season at Diamond Creek – Kentucky for a fee of $20,000 live foal. Gimpanzee is a three-time Breeders Crown Champion and two-time Dan Patch award winner including 2020 U.S. Trotter of The Year.
Breeders are encouraged to board their mares in Kentucky for at least 180 days in the year they are bred to take advantage of the new Kentucky Stallion Bonus program, a 50% purse bonus on the legs and finals for all divisions of the Kentucky Sire Stakes Program. Gimpanzee also served a full book of mares in 2021 and his first foals are highly anticipated.
His first crop will include foals from elite mares including Mission Brief, Jolene Jolene: dam of two-year-old superstar Venerable, and Naga Morich: dam of Green Manalishi.
Diamond Creek is nearing completion of a new stallion barn and breeding shed on the Kentucky farm. Breeders are encouraged to visit the farm and inspect Gimpanzee. For appointments, please contact the Diamond Creek office at 717.638.7100.
