Boudoir Hanover (Captaintreacherous) captured her third consecutive harness racing win in the $25,000 Mares Open Handicap Pace at Bally’s Dover on Wednesday (Jan. 10) night.
At the start of the race, Majorca N raced alertly to the top forcing Incaseyoudidntknow to take an early seat approaching the quarter pole.
The 1/5 betting favorite Boudoir Hanover left from post eight and floated on the outside. Driver Tim Tetrick then fired the engines and rushed Boudoir Hanover to the top, passing the opening quarter in :27.3. Majorca N accepted the pocket.
Boudoir Hanover continued on the engine, leading the field of quality mares to the half in :55.3, a :28 flat quarter. She continued pacing confidently down the backstretch. Incaseyoudidntknow was first to pull on the outside. Got The Gold took her cue and followed closely second over on the rim. Majorica N continued in the pocket.
Boudoir Hanover opened up on the field passing the three quarters in 1:23.2. (:27.4). Then in the stretch, Boudoir Hanover was an in-hand winner by two and a half lengths, pacing the mile in 1:51.1.

Boudoir Hanover is owned by Riverview Racing, Alagna Racing, Caviart Farms, D. Plouffe and S. Head. She is trained by Tony Alagna and paid $2.40 for the win.
Majorca N raced in the pocket and finished second with Got The Gold picking up the show spot.
Tim Tetrick won five races on the betting card. The father/daughter combo of Chuck Crisman Jr and Crissy Crissman-Bier recorded training doubles.
Thursday’s feature at Bally’s Dover is the $27,500 Blue Hen/ Open Handicap Pace. Soaring Now ships in from the Meadowlands where he won four consecutive races including a 1:48.3 win there. Energetic Hanover, who won last week at Bally’s Dover, and I Did It Myway will provide a strong presence. Post Time on Thursday is 4:30 pm.
