Anderson, IN — Bulldog Hanover was a 1:51.4 winner in the $60,000 Thanksgiving Classic for 3-year-old male harness racing pacers on Thursday (Nov. 25) at Harrah’s Hoosier Park.
With John DeLong in the sulky, Bulldog Hanover brushed to the lead at the :54.1 half-mile marker on the sloppy track and then was never caught through subsequent fractions of 1:23.4 and 1:51.4. He defeated Goldie’s Legacy by 2-1/4 lengths with Big Gulp third.
Off at 1-5 in the wagering, the son of Shadow Play-BJ’s Squall paid $2.40 to win.
