Business Director (Art Director) and harness racing driver Russell Foster took the $12,000 Open Thursday night (April 18) at Rosecroft Raceway in 1:51.1.

Despite being stretched out through a :26.3 first quarter, Russell Foster continued on with his five-year-old gelding and cut fractions of :54.3, 1:23 and held off Early Action and Nuttin But Finesse for his third win of the year. He paid $11.40 to win.

BUSINESS DIRECTOR REPLAY

Arty Foster III and Wanda May Saulsbury own and train the winner who has been on the board in four of his last five.

In the $10,000 Open II, Rocket Mac (Captaintreacherous) and Trae Porter closed soundly three wide off the final turn to inhale Transparency and pace setter Lyons Music in 1:52.4. Steve Wetzel owns and trains the five-year-old son of Captaintreacherous. It was the second win in five starts since coming to the Wetzel barn and gave Wetzel and training double on the night.

ROCKET MAC REPLAY

Porter, Jonathan Roberts and Tyler Miller all had driving triples on the night. Jared Moyer won twice, and trainer Johnny Crites had a pair of wins. No one hit the Jackpot Hi-5 which now sits at $48,092.43 heading to Tuesday night.
