Plainville, MA — A full card of Trackmaster races went postward at Plainridge Park on Tuesday (Oct. 28) afternoon and CBF Squirt Gun (Deuce Seelster) took the top tilt, which was the $12,000 featured pace.

CBF Squirt Gun (Brett Beckwith) pushed off the gate and led to the quarter in :27.3, until Star Speaker (Bruce Ranger) ambled up on the outside to displace him from the point. Star Speaker then managed the pace to three-quarters where CBF Squirt Gun sat in the pocket as an outer flow was three-deep next to him, and two deep in the second row.
As the race proceeded through the turn, Third Power (Matty Athearn) was pressing Star Speaker as CBF Squirt Gun was still in tow, waiting for an opening. That came at the top of the stretch, where Beckwith found room along the pegs and hand-drove CBF Squirt Gun to the line on top by 1-½ lengths in 1:54.1.
CBF Squirt Gun ($3.20) is owned by Glenn Harris and trained by Nathan Kirker.
