Dayton, Ohio – Despite Ohio’s chilly 45-degree weather, harness racing driver Dan Noble has been blazing the competition this week at Hollywood Gaming at Dayton Raceway. Just yesterday he surpassed $50 million in career earnings and Thursday (Oct. 20) he won half of the 14-race card.
The 39-year-old took advantage of the fast track conditions and kicked off the night with a bang. His most impressive win came aboard Going The Distance (World Of Rocknroll) in race two.
The gelding left conservatively off the gate, but followed cover on the backside. Sitting fifth at the three-quarters pole, Noble pulled and stopped the clock in 1:55.
Trained by Bob Conrad, Going The Distance paid a whopping $45.80 to win.
