Don Tiger brings new lawsuit against NJ Racing Commission

Don Tiger, standardbred owner and breeder, returns as this week’s guest on the Harness Racing Alumni Show. He shares with Freddie, Trade and Bob the latest status of his litigation in the Charlie May 2021 Meadowlands winner case against the NJ Racing Commission.

Just last week, his attorney filed a 1983 Lawsuit (Civil Rights violations for denial of his due process rights) against NJ Racing Commission Executive Director Judith Nason and NJ Racing Commission Deputy Director John Tomasello. He also talks about his super horse, Charlie May and his planned racing schedule for the rest of the 2023 season. All on this week’s informative broadcast.
