Standardbred owner and breeder Don Tiger joins Freddie, Trade and Bob on this week’s Harness Racing Alumni Show.
Don shares with the guys a new lawsuit involving his horse Shane Falco, who won by open lengths in the 1st race at Scioto Downs on June 3rd. Shane Falco was taken down and placed 7th in a 9-horse field.
When Tiger went to appeal the judge’s decisionā¦, the judge told him he couldn’t appeal and to āsue him!ā Don said, āOK, Iāll do that!ā
Our own co-host and legendary handicapper Bob Marks said after reviewing the race, “Not in a million years should Tigerās horse have been disqualified.ā Other owners, drivers, officials, and trainers who have viewed the replay all agree that Tigerās horse should never have been taken down.
Don then closes out the show with a brief status report on his iconic, on-going case against the N.J. Racing Commission which involves the disqualification of Charlie May in the 2021 Meadowland Pace. All on this weekās exciting broadcast.
