Don gives Freddie, Trade and Bob an update on the court proceedings involving Charlie May’s questionable disqualification in the Meadowlands Pace. He discusses his reasons and frustrations in supplementing Charlie May for $60,000 in the recently raced $500,000 Tattersall in which Charlie May placed 4th with a game effort from the 12 post.
