WASHINGTON, PA, Aug. 28, 2021 — Don’tcallmefrancis zipped to the lead from post 6 and never had an anxious moment as he rolled to his 14th harness racing victory this year in Saturday’s feature at The Meadows, a $10,800 Claiming Handicap Pace.
Once Dave Palone gave the Rocknroll Hanover-Nanny Withafanny gelding a 29.3 second-panel breather, there was no catching him. He drew off late to defeat the rallying Cinnamack by 6 lengths in 1:51.3, with Sweet Beach third.
Jason Seymour owns and trains the winner, who extended his lifetime bankroll to $508,076.
