Grove City, Ohio – Five of the top spots in the two divisions of the Ohio Sires Stakes second leg for 3-year-old pacing fillies at Eldorado Scioto Downs Saturday June 4 were all sired by Downbytheseaside with Do It Like Bobbi and Sea Silk picking up harness racing victories. Each division went for a purse of $55,000.
In the first division, Prancing Queen with Brett Miller grabbed the lead at the quarter pole in :26.1 and set the pace through the first half in :55.1.
Tony Hall pulled Do It Like Bobbi just past the half and set their sights on the leader heading down the back stretch. Do It Like Bobbi grabbed the lead around the final turn and held off the hard charging favorite, Cape Cod Hanover with Chris Page, to win by three-quarters of a length. Prancing Queen finished third.
Do It Like Bobbi tripped the wire in a new lifetime mark of 1:50.2, just a fifth of a second off the track record.

Trained by David Elliott and owned by Stephen Sexton, Do It Like Bobbi won for the third time in four starts this year. She had now won 10 of 15 lifetime and pushed her earnings to $73,154.
In the second division, 1-9 favorite Sea Silk with Page in the bike sat patiently through the first three quarters and then went three-wide in the final turn firing down the lane to win going away in 1:51.3.
At the start, Secret Side Piece with Cam McCown and Dragons Revenge and Dan Noble raced to the first quarter pole in :27. Dragons Revenge took the lead and hit the half in :55.2 with Secret Side Piece second, Bittrsweetsymphony and Tyler Smith were third with Sea Silk sitting fourth.
Down the back stretch, Sea Silk followed the cover of Bittrsweetsymphony as they closed the gap on the leader, Dragons Revenge, who hit the three-quarter pole in 1:23.3.
Rounding the final turn, Page swung Sea Silk to the outside charged down the stretch and pulled away to win for the second time this year.
Secret Side Piece finished second with Bittrsweetsymphony, the daughter of Well Said, finishing third and spoiling the Downbytheseaside sweep.
Sea Silk is trained by Ron Burke and owned by Burke Racing Stable, Weaver Bruscemi, Knox Services, and Hatfield Stable. Sea Silk has won 11 of 13 her lifetime starts and has earned $639,092.
