Early Sire Stakes action continues at Oak Grove

Oak Grove, KY — On Sunday (July 3) and Monday (July 4) 2-and 3-year-old harness racing Kentucky-breds will compete at Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel in the second legs of the Oak Grove Early Sire Stakes Series.

On Sunday six $25,000 legs for 2-year-old Standardbreds of both gaits dominate the 10-race card. 

Monday features eight $25,000 legs for 3-year-old trotters and pacers over the five-eighths-mile oval. 

This is final leg of the new series, which also includes a $25,000 consolation and $100,000 final. 

The consolations and finals for 2-year-olds will be held July 17 and for 3-year-olds on July 18.
