In conditions more fit for ducks than harness racing, Slick Tony captured the $12,500 Open Handicap at Rosecroft Raceway on Sunday night.
The chase to be a millionaire is going strong for the seven year old son of No Spin Zone as he won for the fifth time in his last seven starts, and twice in the last five days. Slick Tony had just won the Open Handicap at Harrington on Monday.
Jared Moyer got his razor sharp horse to the front at the first quarter mark and never looked back in 1:52.2 on a track rated sloppy. The win was the 58th of his career in 151 starts for the homebred, owned and trained by Nola Leager.
His career earnings now sit at $939,135. Precision Bluechip chased gamely from the pocket earning his 8th runner up spot in 11 starts and has still not missed the board yet this year. Rocktavius was third.
SLICK TONY REPLAY

Jonathan Roberts won three times, Jared Moyer and John Wagner won twice, while trainers Jerry Nock and John Hollingsworth each had a training double.
