Trainer Mark Beckwith will wrap up the harness racing training title next month at Saratoga Casino Hotel and the veteran horseman has seen his stable be the dominant force in the regular Monday afternoon feature, the Fillies and Mares Open, over the course of the 2024 campaign.
Remy Brown N (Vincent) was the 6-5 betting favorite in Mondayās installment of the $15,000 Open for the ladies as Mark Beckwith drove the mare for owners Steve Manzi and Pie San LLC.

Remy Brown N, who came into the race off a winning qualifier after making breaks in her previous two starts, powered out to the lead in a 27.1 first quarter in the feature and cruised unopposed for the majority of the mile before Beckwith pushed the button on Remy Brown N who responded by prevailing by three lengths in a mile clocked in 1:54.
Racy Roxy A (Jay Randall) closed sharply to finish second to continue a stretch in which sheās now finished first or second in seven of her last nine starts. Alittlesidehustl N (Billy Dobson) came on to be third. Remy Brown Nās win was her second in the local Open this season and the twelfth for the Beckwith stable in the Fillies and Mares Open in the ā24 campaign at the Spa.

The Open score was one of three wins for Beckwith on the Monday program as both driver and trainer as his Wheres My Phone scored in her Spa debut and Straight And Sassy overcame post eight to prevail on the matinee card.Ā Ā
