Fine and suspension rescinded after negative result

Aside from numerous license suspensions at Hawthorne Race Course due to incomplete applications, the one suspension of interest that was actually overturned has to do with a split sample that was sent out and came back negative and the harness racing judges then rescinded the $1,000 fine and one-year suspension.
