This past week saw a number of harness racing trainers fined and suspended for various infractions as reported from Racing Commissions to the USTA.
Samantha Dubois has been fined $1,500 and suspended for 20 days as her horse, J-S Perfect Cache was found to be positive for Dexamethazone on March 19, 2024, at Saratoga Raceway. It was Duboisās second offense in this category.
Rebecca Linke has had all of her licenses suspended in New Jersey as the NJRC received a copy of the federal indictment issued against Rebecca Anne Linke by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in United States v. Jorge Navarro et al. Upon receipt of the Nolle Prosequi, the NJRC terminated the suspension of the NJRC licenses held by Linke.
