Fines and suspensions reported to the USTA

Trainer Richard Bertrand has been fine $1,000 at Running Aces, after an investigator found a groom for Bertrand who was nebulizing a horse that was entered to race the next day. The groom also admitted to nebulizing another horse that was also scheduled to race the next day.

Trainer Herbert Lux was fined $1,000 as his horse, Seal O’Neill, was positive for Dexamethasone on April 15, 2024.

Trainer Jackie Greene has been fined $500 and a three-day suspension from the NY State Gaming Commission as her horse, Alittlesidehustl N, was positive for Methocarbamol, on May 6, 2024.

Trainer Greg Peck has been fined $2,000 and is suspended from racing for one year beginning on July 7, 2024 by the New Jersey Racing Commission. Peck, in filing his NJ Racing License application, failed to provide truthful, accurate information concerning his prior arrest record.
