Five-win day for driver Tyler Miller

Harness racing driver Tyler Miller drove five winners including the $11,000 featured pace with Rockin On Venus (Rockin Image) on Sunday (June 9) at Tioga Downs.

Rockin On Venus ($2.50) went straight to the lead in the feature and got to the quarter first in :28.2.  The second quarter was same as the first and he led to the half in :56.4.  Better Take It (Marcus Miller) was first to make a move going down the backstretch.  Rockin On Venus was still in control leading to three-quarters in 1:24.0.

As they reached the stretch Rockin On Venus found another gear and won easily in 1:51.0.  Primo Uomo (Jim Taggert Jr.) was second.  Fess Up N (Barton Dalious) finished third.

Rockin On Venus is a 6-year-old owned by Pollack Racing LLC. and trained by Jeff Cullipher.  It was his fourth win this season.  He now has 22 career victories.

Miller’s other wins came with Fendi Hanover, Sport Secret, Parmesan N, and Del Mar Doug.  Jeff Cullipher had a training triple.  Brett Beckwith had a driving triple.
