Four-year-old NJSS division returning

MANALAPAN, NJ — February 14, 2020 — Commencing this year, the New Jersey Sire Stakes is conducting races for four-year-olds with both open and mare harness racing divisions on the pace and the trot. To be eligible for these races, horses must have made the yearling nomination payment for the Premier Division and/or the Standardbred Development Fund. A nomination fee to remain eligible of $200 has been extended to February 20th.

The first leg of the 4-year-old horse/gelding pace and the four-year-old mare pace will be held at The Meadowlands on March 20th with a final scheduled for March 27th. The trot races for four-year-old horse/gelding and the 4-year-old mare will be conducted on April 17th with a final slated for April 24th.
