Frank Milby 3,000 career victories

Harness racing driver Frank Milby is joined by family and friends, as he celebrates his 3,000th driving win at Ocean Downs.

The victory, aboard the “family-owned horse”, Lady Kahn, came in the 9th race on June 6, 2022.

The win by Lady Kahn stopped the teletimer in a 1:56.4 in a $4,500 conditioned pace at the vacation land oval.

Trained by his father, Don Milby, a longtime fan favorite and mainstay at Ocean Downs, got his first driving win on December 3, 1998, aboard Megamega Dittos at Rosecroft Raceway.
