Friday's harness racing feature from Harrah's Philadelphia was a winner's over $25,000 lifetime for filly and mare pacers, going for a purse of $25,000.
The slight favorite starting from post eight was Jeffery Bamond trainee Krispy Apple (Br. Miller).
The millionaire mare wasted little time getting into gear, making the top before the quarter, going all the way with fractions of :26.3, :54.4, 1:22.1, and 1:51.3.
She won by two lengths in the end, with Set Me Up (Gingras) rallying for place, and Regil Elektra (Tony Morgan) finishing third.
It was Krispy Apple's thirteenth Open win and her 40th career victory for owners Bamond Racing and Joe Davino.
