Russell Foster scores milestone at Ocean Downs

Berlin, MD – Harness racing driver Russell Foster hit a milestone in driving laurels this past Sunday, June 11, 2023, at Ocean Downs, where he scored a wire-to-wire victory in posting his 2,000^th career win.

Owned by Arty Foster III and Russell Foster Racing LLC of Cordova, MD, Techtopia Hanover (Artspeak) made every pole a winning one in scoring three quarters of a length decision in 1:55.2.

Trained by his wife, Megan, the six-year-old gelding pushed his 2023 total to $31, 890 with lifetime earnings of over $219,000. It was his fourth win of the year.

Friends and family of Foster gathered in the winner’s circle for a presentation.
