Swan In Motion made it four harness racing wins in a row in capturing the $32,500 Open/ Preferred Trot at Dover Downs on Tuesday night.
Northern Express and Swan In Motion provided the early speed and rumbled to the quarter. Swan In Motion and driver Art Stafford Jr seized control of the race track passing the quarter in a rapid :26.3. Northern Express and driver Russell Foster retreated to the rail.
Swan In Motion remained in flight passing the half mile in :56 (:29.2). Quiksilvr Bluechip edged off the rail and sprinted 1st over down the backstretch in full attack mode. He was shoulder to shoulder with Swan In Motion as they passed the three quarters in 1:24.2 (:28.2).Ā Ginger Tree Skyr watched the action from a 2nd over bid.
In deep stretch, Northern Express rolled along the inside to challenge but could not pass the leader.Ā Swan In Motion (Swan For All) won by a head in 1:53.2 and paid $7.20 for the win.

Race favorite, Northern Express took full advantage of the pocket trip and finished 2nd. Arty Foster Jr trained, his son Russell Foster drove. Ginger Tree Skyr closed for the show spot. Nick Callahan trains and his son Corey Callahan drove.
Montrell Teague had a driving triple. Joe Columbo earned a training triple. George and Tina Dennis scored an owner triple.
There is a Pick 4 carryover of $3,582 to Wednesday nightās races. The Pick 4 wager starts on the 2nd race on the betting card and offers a fifty cent minimum wager.
Shes Pukka N and Bettors Heart N highlight the $32,500 Mares Open/ Preferred Handicap Pace on Wednesday. The race is scheduled for the 10th race on the betting card.
