The annual meeting of the trustees of the Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame was held on Sunday, July 6, 2025 where the Board elected R. Kevin Greenfield a trustee of the Museum.

Greenfield has been involved in harness racing since the late 1980s and is the co-owner, president and treasurer of Hickory Lane Horse Farm in Findlay, Ohio. He is syndicate manager for stallions Tactical Landing and Ecurie D DK both standing at Southwind Farms of New Jersey, as well as the syndicate manager for stallions Uncle Peter, What The Hill, In Range, Racing Hill and Branded By Lindy, all standing at Hickory Lane, and Dover Dan and Don’t Let’Em, both standing at Ivy Lane Farm in Indiana.

Greenfield earned a B.A. degree from Bowling Green State University and a J.D. degree from the University of Toledo. He is a member of the Ohio State and Toledo Bar Associations. He was voted by his legal peers as outstanding lawyer in Toledo for labor and employment law. He is a director of the Standardbred Transition Alliance, a past president of the Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association and past treasurer of the Ohio Harness Horse Breeders Inc.

With Greenfield’s considerable knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for the sport of harness racing, he is an exceptional addition to the leadership of this institution.

Also at the trustees meeting, Seth Rosenfeld was elected president of the institution, and Max J. Hempt chairman of the Executive Committee. Stephen Oldford will hold both vice president and treasurer positions.

The Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame is located at 240 Main Street in Goshen, New York and is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. For information on the Museum, special events, gift shop services and educational programs the Museum offers, please call (845) 294-6330 or visit www.harnessmuseum.com.
