Three newcomers join the Top Ten list

Unbeaten Sylvia Hanover (Always B Miki) strengthened her #1 status in the Hambletonian Society/Breeder Crown Top Ten Poll with her sixth straight win of the harness racing season last Saturday (Aug. 5) in capturing the $100,000 Shady Daisy for three-year-olds at The Meadowlands.

It’s Academic (Uncle Peter) also moved up the ladder from 7th place to 4th place after his narrow victory in the $278,000 John Cashman Memorial Hambletonian Day.

Three newcomers made the Top Ten list this week with Hambletonian winner Tactical Approach (Tactical Landing) jumping in at 6th position along with M-M’s Dream (Swan For All) coming in at #7 after her victory in the $131,000 John R Steele Memorial and Silver Label (Bettors Delight) came in at #8 with her triumph in the $171,400 Lady Liberty that tied the stakes record.
