Harrah’s Philadelphia cancels again on Thursday

Chester, PA — Harrah’s Philadelphia has canceled live harness racing for Thursday (July 6) due to a continued power outage.

The power outage also caused the cancellation of the Wednesday (July 5) card.

Live racing is expected to resume on Friday (July 7).
