Harrah’s Philly shifts qualifying start time

CHESTER, Pa. — Industry participants are advised that qualifiers at Harrah’s Philadelphia will begin at 9:30 a.m. through the next two months.

The new, earlier post time for qualifiers will go into effect this Tuesday (June 8) in conjunction with the track’s first card of 2-year-old races, and will continue through and including the qualifying session scheduled for July 27.
